Is Coaching the right discipline for me?
Coaching is about the desire to achieve goals – whether these are related to life balance, career, health, relationships or other personal development topics, a client will need to be committed to themselves and need to consider the following (if you don't tick all the boxes, that's okay too - not ticking one of the boxes may be the very reason for signing up to sessions!):
- Do you have the time to invest in yourself?
- Are you willing to keeping appointments to achieve your goal?
- Are you willing to honour your commitments to yourself and do the work that will be required to achieve the end-goal?
- Are you willing to acknowledge and change any self-limiting behaviours or habits that can potentially inhibit your achievements?
- To get unstuck, it may be necessary to try something new even if you are not 100% convinced that will work.
What topics can I be coached on?
It is possible to be a coached on a range of topics. It really is your decision - the sessions are about what you want.
What do I need for a Coaching session?
A quiet comfortable space that will allow you to have an uninterrupted conversation, pen, paper, your schedule and of course, water as you will be doing most of the talking!
You may need to print/download the additional aides and resources that will be uploaded onto Microsoft Teams.
None of the above?
